This presentation draws from Inna’s comparative analysis of higher education in the US and Ukraine, specifically on issues of academic integrity and access to higher education. Based on that analysis she will present major differences between the two systems of higher education. Comparative analysis accentuates major challenges facing each system but also highlights structural limitations and opportunities for different policy interventions in different contexts. In her analysis, Inna will discuss how the understanding of these limitations and opportunities of the context can guide Ukrainian higher education policy.
