The University of California Undergraduate Experience Survey (UCUES)

Tell us how UC it - University of California Undergraduate Experience Survey

"Every Student Has A Voice. Every Voice Is Heard. "

The University of California Undergraduate Experience Survey (UCUES) is a census UCwide survey of over 160,000 undergraduates within the UC system's nine undergraduate campuses. Developed as a collaborative project of faculty and institutional researchers within the University of California system, the survey is administered by Berkeley’s Office of Student Research, and is the product of a larger research project focused on analyzing and improving the undergraduate experience within major research universities, the Student Experience in the Research University based Center for Studies in Higher Education at UC Berkeley.

The SERU Project seeks to expand its collaborative model with other research universities. For more information on SERU and UCUES, contact Project Director Steve Chatman (Steve_Chatman@berkeley.edu; (510) 642-2097).
