Victoria Molero González is the Program Assistant for the Executive Leadership Academy. She began her higher education career at Berkeley City College (BCC), where she earned an A.A. in Psychology with Highest Honors. While at BCC, Victoria worked for three years as an English composition tutor, becoming one of the leading coaches of the group. Additionally, she was the first psychology tutor of the campus and held the position for two years.
In 2019, she transferred to UC Berkeley, where she is currently completing her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies Field (ISF) and is set to graduate in May 2021. For her ISF Senior Thesis, Victoria is interested in using biopsychosocial principles to design educational tools about the role of sleep in the development of mood disorders. As a native Venezuelan, Victoria is a fluent Spanish speaker.
