Satoshi P. Watanabe is Policy Advisor to the Cabinet for the Global Startup Campus Initiative in the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan. Satoshi concurrently holds a senior fellow position in the Secretariat of Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy in the Cabinet Office.
