The Executive Leadership Academy Professional Development Alumni Retreat is an extension to the ELA brand, whose curriculum is tailored to the ELA Alumni Fellows. This one day intensive workshop focuses on presentations directed on professional skill development, while also providing opportunities for the ELA community to reconnect. The Alumni Retreat builds on concepts developed in the original ELA curriculum with new sessions and sharing of best practices that enable the participants to stay current in today’s dynamic environment.
