Xiaoyu Chen is currently a professor in Graduate School of Education, Director of the Center for Basic Education Research at Peking University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology from Peking University (PKU), Master of Arts in Education, Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Economics, from PKU. He has served as the Deputy Director of Finance Office of PKU (2001-2014), Deputy Dean (2006-2009), Party Secretary (2006-2014), Dean (2014-2018) of Graduate School of Education, PKU. His major research area includes Educational Economics and Educational Finance. He teaches Lectures on Educational Finance and Economics and Finance of higher education.
陈晓宇，北京大学教育学院教授，现任北京大学基础教育研究中心主任。北京大学计算机科学技术系计算机软件专业理学学士，北京大学高等教育科学研究所教育学硕士，北京大学高等教育科学研究所教育学博士；曾任北京大学财务部副部长、北京大学教育学院副院长、党委书记、院长等职。主要研究领域为教育经济学、教育财政学，讲授教育财政学、高等教育经济与财政课程。
