New Article Applied John A. Douglass's New Flagship University Model to Brazil

A new journal article "The 'New Flagship University' and Its Relevance to Brazilian Higher Education", published at the Journal of Research and Innovation in Higher Education (JRIHE), attempted to apply John A. Douglass's "New Flagship University" model to higher education in Brazil.   

John A Douglass's book The New Flagship University: Changing The Paradigm from Global Ranking to National Relevancy was published in 2016 by Palgrave Macmillan. The first few chapters could be downladed at CSHE's website for free.
