Ariel Zhao is a pre-doctoral research assistant for Professor Zachary Bleemer at Princeton University. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Physics from Swarthmore College. She is interested in how access to educational opportunities can impact a student’s short-term and long-term well-being. Currently, she is studying the economic return of education on human capital, focusing on how course and major choices affect both individuals and the local market.
