Barbara Sara Alessandra LorenzGagliardi, PhD, is Associate Professor in Administrative Law at the University of Turin (Italy) and qualified as Full Professor since September 2018. She is an External Expert of LIISA: (Lab for International & Interdisciplinary Social Affairs) at the University of Ghent (Belgium) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politique (September 2008 – January 2009).
Gagliardi authored three books and more than 60 book chapters, papers, reviews and commentaries on Academic Freedom and Higher Education Law, Civil Service and Freedom of Circulation for EU Citizens’, Local Bodies, Public Utilities.
