Her career journey includes serving as a coordinator, director, program manager, instructor, dean, vice president of academic affairs, executive vice chancellor, and ultimately, president. A driving force behind institutional excellence, she has built powerful partnerships with educational, corporate, policy, spiritual, and civic leaders to create sustainable, high-impact change. Working alongside teams of professionals, Dr. Webb has secured over $50 million in grants to enhance student success and institutional growth. Now, as CEO of Signature Solutions Corporate Results and a key leader at Global Financial Impact (GFI)—the fastest-growing firm in the financial industry—she is championing a bold vision to help 100 million families achieve financial independence. Dr. Webb’s doctoral studies were in Higher Education Administration & Policy at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Education and Organizational Behavior & Industrial Relations at the Haas School of Business. She holds a Master’s in Educational Administration with an emphasis on educational technology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies (Psychology & Education) from UC Riverside.
