Helena Brykarz has worked with a range of international non-profits, successfully recruiting leaders, as well as managing programs, operations and fundraising. She has worked with foundations, including Goldman and Skoll, where she developed awards programs. Helena also created an innovative funding initiative in human rights and the environment and is a proud co-founder of Rainforest Alliance. Anne J. MacLachlan is a retired senior researcher at CSHE who continues to be devoted to increasing access, persistence, and success in postsecondary education for underrepresented groups (URM) including domestic minorities, women, and those from uneducated/poor families with an emphasis on those in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Samantha Rushing started with the Executive Leadership Academy in 2017 as the Executive Assistant. Her passion for and devotion to the program assisted her in becoming the ELA Program Administrator in 2018.

Ms. Rushing was chosen as the 2016 recipient of the President’s Medallion Award for Berkeley City College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with 3 AA degrees .
